PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY

Alfa Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) adopts the protection and secure processing of personal data as a fundamental priority.
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy has been prepared to ensure transparency in personal data processing activities and to protect the rights of data subjects.
2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
This Policy covers the principles regarding the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and destruction of personal data belonging to our customers, suppliers, employees, business partners, and all natural persons who have a relationship with our Company.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that personal data are processed in compliance with the law and the principles of good faith, kept accurate and up to date, processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and that the privacy of data subjects is protected.
3. COLLECTION AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Management of Production Processes: Planning, execution, and optimization of production activities
Customer Relationship Management: Providing products and services in line with your demands and needs
Fulfillment of Legal Obligations: Complying with obligations arising from applicable legislation

Personal data are stored only for the period required by the purposes of processing and the durations stipulated under the relevant legislation.

6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, data subjects have the right to:
Learn whether their personal data are processed
Request information if their personal data have been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether such data are used in accordance with that purpose
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data when the purpose of processing no longer exists
Requests may be submitted via kvkk@alfakimyaas.com and will be finalized within the statutory period of 30 days.
7. APPLICATION PROCEDURE OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data subjects may submit their requests regarding the exercise of their rights under the Law to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

8. RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation when the purpose of processing ceases to exist or when statutory retention periods expire. Data destruction processes are regularly audited.
9. PERSONAL DATA BREACHES
In the event of a personal data breach, the relevant data subjects will be informed as soon as possible.
